This product includes a DVD where all dances are set up and demonstrated easily understandable, and a CD with suitable instrumental music. Of course, you will receive a booklet with detailed instructions. Elizabeth shows 9 dance styles where the participants learn both the ladies and the men\'s steps, so that later on, dancing with a partner is possible. All the steps are learned with buildup methods from aerobics, so that everyone can follow easily and conquer the world of ballroom dance.
