Fitness a Pilates instruktor přes 14 let, učí v angličtině a hebrejštině (Sydney - Austrálie, Phoenix, Albuquerque - USA, Tel Aviv, Meitar - Izrael).
 
V Česku toho času jediná s kompletním Stott Pilates vzděláním (advanced level) a zároveň jediná česká školitelka Stott Pilates metody (Stott Pilates Instructor Trainer)

V Izraeli vlastnila Pilates equipment studio Pilates Perfect, kde se věnovala post-fyzio klientům a těhotným ženám (bolesti zad, pánevní dno, rehabilitace kolen a krční páteře). Zajímá se o funkcionální anatomii a fyziologii a výzkum v oblasti jádra těla (core), stabilizace páteře a hlubokých posturálních svalů. Od roku 2011 pracuje v ČR.
